David Wm. Azar was born and raised in north New Jersey graduating Rutgers University in 1968.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1971.

During the 1970's Mr. Azar served as Planning Board Attorney, Board of Adjustment Attorney and was elected Councilman of the Borough of North Haledon.  In 1979, David Azar was appointed Municipal Judge and served his full term.  Mr. Azar enjoyed a successful general practice in New Jersey for 20 years representing thousands of Clients in real estate and other civil law matters.

David Azar is the proud father of five children.  In 1990, the Azar family moved to Melbourne Beach, Florida. Since admission to the Florida Bar in 1991, Mr. Azar has practiced law in Brevard County, and has continued to successfully represent Florida clients caught in complex Real Estate and foreclosure litigation.
